Instructions and Information for Candidates for Certifying Examinations

This document was prepared by the staff of the ABP to provide information concerning the ABP examination and credentialing processes. It explains why and how certain things are done. It does not give the prerequisites and requirements necessary to qualify for the examinations, the dates for receipt of applications, or the dates of the examinations. That, and related policy information, is given in the Booklet of Information and is available on this Web site.
